Northern New York Zen-do Kai

Zen-Do Kai karate is an eclectic system based primarily on Shotokan.   Jujitsu, Uechi-Ryu, and several other systems are incorporated to round out the style. Self defense is our main concern, with a lot of stress on good basics and kata.
